One thing I find very special about INIT is its community. Before starting my internship at Microsoft, I was already connected to all the INIT alumni working at the company. This gave me enormous confidence and a support system going in from Day 1.

INIT gave me the guidance I needed to navigate the tech industry and start my career in UX Design. It's a supportive community of talented and caring individuals who look out for one another. If it wasn't for INIT, I'd still be trying to figure out my career path.

INIT helped me realize my potential by attending their workshops and building projects. This allowed me to develop and showcase my skills, which helped me land my internship at Amazon. INIT makes career dreams like mine come true for those who need it most.
